is it harmful for a lady to have sex in a swimming pool?

My husband can't wait to get a Swimming pool, all he talks about is Skinny dipping in it and having sex in the pool!
Is it harmful for a lady to have sex in a pool! I heard it was hamful for a lady to have sex in a Hot Tub or Jazuzzi!
